About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
Prison Island CDMX is an action game featuring a spacious game area with 45 unique cells & challenges! Unlike traditional escape rooms, this experience offers far more freedom and variety. With a reception area, a bar, and plenty of seating, it's the perfect spot for an exciting and immersive adventure.
While escape rooms require you to solve a single scenario within an hour, Prison Island CDMX lets you and your team explore at your own pace—choosing which challenges to tackle, retrying as many times as you like, and strategizing your way through a mix of physical, technical, and intellectual tasks.
⏱️ Tip: With 45 cells to choose from, most teams won't complete them all — the fun is in how many you can conquer before time runs out!
What's the goal?
With your team, try to escape from as many cells as possible — but keep in mind, most teams won't complete them all in one visit. If you fail, you can retry or try your luck in new cells. Some cells may require multiple attempts to earn all the points! Be careful, though—the overall timer keeps running!
Compete against teams of the day, week, or top 3 by earning the maximum number of points! Each successful challenge earns you between 25 and 100 points. Large screens in the reception and game areas display your live rankings!
How many people can play?
Prison Island CDMX can accommodate up to 20 teams of max 5 people at once. For the best experience, we recommend teams of 3 or more players. You can also play in pairs, but keep in mind that some challenges will be more difficult, and reaching the maximum score in certain cells might not be possible.
Where is the experience located?
The venue is located in the 3rd floor of the Centro Comercial Samara Satelite (Cto Centro Comercial 20-MZ 001, Cd. Satélite, 53100 Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx.)
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last?
Players usually spend 90 minutes of game time at this experience, excluding arrival time.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event; however, please note that gluten-free and vegan options will not be available.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available on-site. Please note that parking is subject to availability and is not operated by the event.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that more dates will be added. Please check the experience page for up-to-date availability, as those are the currently confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code?
There is no official dress code for this experience; casual attire is perfectly fine.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event, tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available for download on the
Apple App Store o [Google Play](<>)). Remember to log in using the same method you used for your purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or the Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 20 minutes before the time stated on your ticket to allow some time for the briefing; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue, although service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Mobile phones are not allowed during the experience; lockers are available to store them. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited on-site.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Unfortunately, there are no caregiver tickets available for this event.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Restrooms are located on site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
No, photos are not permitted during the experience, including those taken with mobile phones.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check but there will be lockers available to store jackets, phones and personal belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
The minimum age to play Prison Island is 7 years old. Children below 7 years old will not be able to play under any circumstance, nor can they accompany other players.
The minimum age for a team without adults is 14 years old. All team members must be at least 14 years old or they won't be able to play.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
